Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ETSIFY is an internal order, listing and fulfillment management system operated by Antmas for its own online shops. It is not a public consumer app: only our staff and approved fulfillment partners can sign in.

2. Data we collect

From connected shop accounts (Etsy, Pinterest): shop profile, listings, orders, shipping status and, for Pinterest, the boards and Pins of the connected account.

From staff and partner accounts: name, work email and the actions taken in the system (activity log).

Order data may include buyer name and shipping address, which we receive from Etsy only to fulfill the order.

3. How we use it

To show orders and listings, create and update listings, track shipments, calculate costs and profit, and to publish or schedule Pins for our own shops.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising profiling, or use it to train AI models.

4. Pinterest and Etsy access

We connect to Pinterest and Etsy through their official APIs using OAuth, and request only the scopes we need. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are never shown in the interface or logs.

You can revoke access at any time in your Pinterest or Etsy account settings, or ask us to disconnect the account; the stored tokens are then deleted.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with the fulfillment partners (suppliers, carriers, designers) who need an order to produce and ship it, and with service providers that host our infrastructure. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep order and listing records as long as needed for accounting and customer support. Data received from a connected account is deleted when that account is disconnected and on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Security

Access is limited by per-user permissions, connections use HTTPS, secrets are kept in a vault and database backups are taken regularly.

8. Your rights and contact

You may ask to see, correct or delete data we hold about you, or to disconnect a connected account. Email us at it@antmasx.com; we answer within 30 days.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest update below.
